Terms of Service

Gerrit lets a studio share a gallery and collect the invoice. Previews are watermarked. Paying the invoice unlocks the original files.

An unlocked client invoice is not refundable. If a transfer is larger than the invoice, only the excess above the dust threshold is sent back through the payment provider.

Platform charges (Pro, vault, extension pack, extra 30 days) can be requested for review within 24 hours of payment. After that window they are not refunded.

Paid galleries are kept for 30 days unless the studio vaults or extends them. After that the files may be deleted. Vaulted projects are kept.

You must not upload work you do not have the right to share. Studios are responsible for the galleries they publish and for the bank account they use for payouts.
